1) Definition of Terms and Concepts
We / Us / Our: Ntinga O.R. Tambo Development Agency SOC Ltd, trading as Ntinga Meat Market.
You / Customer: the individual or business purchasing products through this Website.
Bulk Customer: a registered business account approved for wholesale ordering.
Order & Collect: our collection-only fulfilment model; we do not offer courier or home delivery.
Products: fresh meat and related items listed for sale on the Website.
2) Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Website.
3) About Us

4) Products and Pricing
All products are sold in South African Rand (ZAR) and priced per kilogram unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice and reflect current market and supply conditions. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual cuts may vary slightly in size and appearance.
5) Placing an Order (Retail Customers)
Retail customers may browse and purchase products directly through the Website. An account is required to complete checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the order and contact details you provide are accurate and complete.
6) Bulk Customer Accounts
Registered businesses may apply for a Bulk Customer account to access wholesale ordering. Bulk pricing and product availability may differ from standard retail listings. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or suspend Bulk Customer accounts at our discretion.
7) Payment
Payment is accepted via PayFast (secure online payment) or Cash on Collection. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed or arranged. We do not store your card details — all online payments are processed securely by our payment partner.
8) Collection Policy
Ntinga Meat Market currently operates on an Order & Collect basis only. Orders must be collected from our premises within the timeframe communicated to you at the time of ordering. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and, where applicable, payment for perishable stock already prepared may be forfeited.
9) Quality and Food Safety
All meat products are quality inspected and refrigerated to maintain freshness prior to collection. Because our products are fresh and perishable, please collect and refrigerate or freeze your order promptly. We are not responsible for products left uncollected beyond the agreed collection window, or for improper storage after collection.
10) Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been collected, except where a product is found to be faulty, incorrect, or not of satisfactory quality, in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Please report any issue to meatmarket@ntinga.org.za within 24 hours of collection, together with your order number. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
11) Website Use
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site, including customer or Bulk Customer accounts.
12) Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of product listings and pricing, we do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Ntinga Meat Market is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Website.
13) Privacy and Data Protection
Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
